This afternoon, I had a zoom demo from a small group who have developed a planning/feasibility tool (a portal with human beings behind it). By the end of the session, I could see that the portal will fill a market gap. When they areready, they will prepare a post for this group and maybe we can cover off the topic of feasibility again.

Too often, I have seen people enter into a development process without an effective feasibility study and the results are expensive.

As I understand, the study does not commit the Client to progressing with that group although they can.

This is not an endorsement of the tool – it is support for someone creating a service that might be of value to some people.

For transparency:

• I have no connection with the group and reviewed it as a peer as an in-fill developer. I have my own teams and my own feasibility process
• Personally, I will support any group that has an option that will make the process better for my peers and ultimately – building better
• Admin supports innovation (small and big) in products and services
• Members of this group are able to offer support and services to those who request it in their posts. They are not allowed to directly advertise
