This makes a MASSIVE difference to those in transitional housing. Every day I can bring settlement closer means one day closer to accessible (wheelchair) and energy efficient homes for large multigenerational families on the social housing register.

Delivering ‘affordable’ homes requires exceptional attention to details for both cost and process.

When I find major differences in material mark-ups or apply best practice to process compliance, it makes me more stream-lined. I can do more projects and deliver with less risk.

Between the team (Wagner Fernandes, PJM Project Management Ltd, and Professional Building Consultants Ltd) plus a letter of support from the community housing group that purchased this project, we managed to get CCC submitted, invoiced and paid within three working days.

Days make a difference to transitional housing tenants.

How did we get out the best way of doing it? By sharing our experiences within our network… someone with more experience provided guidance.
