Team, I am trawling the complaints put into our SANZ complaints database and also the private messages I have received over the past couple of years with Vector complaints.
We have quite a number showing restraint of trade (in emails) and a good quantity covering some of the ‘behaviours’.

I am keeping all of your names confidential where you have requested it (I have a coding system and have not shared any of those details within the SANZ group either).

Note: my grapevine is telling me that #Vector has been better recently but we want systemic change. Getting this all documented will support that.
