Scaffolding Costs more than Weekly Rent: 23 January 2023
Perspective: I rent a house to live in at the moment and I pay $570 per week for a Takanini 2-bed.
I have to rent scaffolding for a 2 storied 182 m2 build – the rent for that is $690 per week, including GST (average)…excluding erect, dismantle and inspection costs.
Stuff building houses…better to buy some scaffolding and rent it out!
Of course, I have now found a much better deal but the above was effectively the deal offered by five scaffold quote. It was an old one (#6) that was the best, they reviewed their 03/2022 quote and said it still was on offer.
